This is the most complete planning service provided by The Graceful Host.  Service includes budget management, vendor recommendations, a personalized design scheme, checklists and timelines to stay on track.  We work to match budgets with pricing, obtain discounts or complimentary upgrades, review vendor contracts and attend key vendor appointments.  We work closely with the couple to develop a detailed schedule of events for the wedding week. On your wedding day we are there to oversee all details from set-up to tear-down and everything in between.  This plan includes etiquette assistance, save the date & invitation addressing, a customized wedding website, and unlimited phone and email consultations. 

Designed as Day-of Coordination to relieve you from all the last minute details of set-up, organization and coordination of deliveries throughout your wedding day.  We are the first to arrive and our job isn't over until the last guest has left, the linens removed, your gifts packed up and the lights turned off.  We work with you to develop a timeline of events for the weekend and distribute this timeline to your vendors as well as the Bridal Party, Family and VIP Guests.  We coordinate your rehearsal and oversee your ceremony and reception so you can truly enjoy the entire day relaxed and stress-free. The best part-we meet with you two weeks before your wedding so you can hand over all those decor and detail items so you can enjoy the last 2 weeks of your engagement!  

After an in-depth consultation, we will provide you with a detailed 'Design Plan', a detailed presentation with suggested color schemes, DIY projects, floral decor, inspirational pictures, linen options, centerpiece ideas, and a floor plan for the reception.  We will attend a follow-up meeting with you and your venue, florist, and rental company to ensure your design is completed appropriately.  Unless we are hired for Day-of Coordination, we are not there for set-up.
